Mail forwarding allows you to use a London virtual address for all your correspondence while having the physical mail delivered to wherever you actually are — whether that is a home address, an office, or an address abroad.
Mail arrives at your London address
Letters and packets addressed to your Basely Virtual address are delivered to our Covent Garden premises by Royal Mail and courier services. Our team receives and logs every item.
Each item is logged
We record the sender name (if visible), approximate size, and arrival date for every item. This creates a full mail log in your dashboard — even before any scanning or forwarding takes place.
You receive a notification
An email notification is sent to you as soon as mail is logged. The notification includes the sender details and the date received, so you always know what has arrived.
Items are batched
Depending on your forwarding schedule — weekly, fortnightly, or on-demand — your mail is accumulated and prepared for dispatch. On-demand requests are processed the same or next business day.
Forwarded to your address
Your bundle is dispatched via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service to the forwarding address registered in your account. You will receive tracking information once the parcel is collected.
Delivery confirmed
Once delivered, the items are marked as forwarded in your dashboard. For tracked deliveries, the tracking status is also updated.

International mail forwarding
We forward mail to addresses worldwide. International shipments are sent via tracked services with estimated delivery times of 3–10 business days for Europe and 5–14 business days for the rest of the world, depending on destination.
International forwarding may incur additional postage costs depending on the destination country and total weight of the bundle. These costs are charged in addition to your subscription plan. Contact us for international forwarding rates.
