Your mail is sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service to any address you specify, anywhere in the world.

Weekly forwarding

All mail accumulated during the week is bundled and dispatched every Monday. Ideal for businesses that receive regular correspondence.

Fortnightly forwarding

Mail is held for two weeks and dispatched as a single bundle. A cost-effective option if you receive lower volumes.

On-demand forwarding

Request forwarding at any time via your dashboard. Mail is dispatched within one business day of your request. Best for occasional or time-sensitive items.

Worldwide forwarding

We forward mail to any address worldwide. Whether you are based in the UK, Europe, the US, or further afield, your mail will reach you. International deliveries are sent via tracked services, and you will receive tracking information so you can monitor each shipment.

Frequently asked questions

How long does forwarding take?

Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 1–3 business days via Royal Mail First Class. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–10 business days for Europe, 5–14 for rest of world.

Do you forward to international addresses?

Yes. We forward mail worldwide. International forwarding may incur additional postage costs depending on destination and package weight, which will be reflected in your plan or charged as an add-on.

What happens to large packages?

We accept standard letter mail and small packets. Large or oversized parcels may not be forwarded in all cases. If you expect frequent large deliveries, please contact us to discuss your requirements before signing up.

Can I change my forwarding address?

Yes. You can update your forwarding address at any time in your dashboard. Changes take effect for the next scheduled dispatch.

What if I want to see my mail before it's forwarded?

You can combine mail forwarding with our mail scanning service. We'll scan each item and upload it to your dashboard — you can then decide whether to forward, shred, or hold each piece.
